I learned to sew on a machine given to my mother by my grandmother. I continue to be inspired and motivated by this gift and the related creativity, talent and dedication to the craft that came before me. And just like this inheritance, Shannon by Hand spans the generations, offering vintage-inspired charm and old-fashioned comfort for both moms and little ones.
Created in 2004, this hobby-turned-life-love uses simple designs and repurposed materials, including embroidered linens, chenille bedspreads, felted sweaters, recycled buttons and fabric scraps. Featured items include pillowcase dresses, fingerless gloves, scrap wreaths, personalized baby layettes, embroidered gifts and more!
